How do I start tracking metrics?
Click the LightScout icon in your browser toolbar and make sure tracking is enabled. Metrics are captured automatically as you browse.
Why are some metrics missing on a page?
Some metrics like INP and FID require user interaction to be measured. CLS accumulates over time. Try interacting with the page and checking again.
How do I export my data?
Open the LightScout popup and use the export buttons to download your metrics as JSON or CSV. Files are saved directly to your computer — no data leaves your browser.
Is my browsing data sent anywhere?
No. All data stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to external servers. See our privacy policy for details.
